Something For Everyone!

Vendors from across the country attend our event to sell hot air ballooning swag and local food vendors offer delicious food and drink specialty choices. Our vendors attend both night glows (WNCC and Grassland at Five Rocks) and both morning mass ascensions at Mitchell Airfield.

Pricing

The vendor fee for an individual event is $100. If you are attending more than two events, the fee drops by $50. Please select which events you plan to attend. The payment will be automatically calculated for you.

Events

  • August 14, 2025, Night Glow at Western Nebraska Community College, Scottsbluff, NE
  • August 15 & 16, 2025, Morning Launches at Mitchell Airfield, Mitchell, NE (you must sign up for both days.
  • August 16, 2025 Craft Fair at the Mitchell Airfield. Note: Craft Fair Food Vendors must fit into a 10×10 space.
  • August 16, 2025, Night Glow at and Drone Show at the Mitchell Recreation Field, Mitchell, NE.
  • August 17, Sunday Services at the Mitchell Airfield.

Please note, there are no refunds and applications are due by July 18, 2025.
